We hope you are pleased with your order, but if for any reason you need to send something back to us we are pleased to offer a 14 day returns period.

Please follow our simple step by step guide below to return your goods.

If you're making a return, please print and complete one of these forms and include it in the package. Doing so will speed up the whole process and prioritise your refund.

- Print and fill out the Returns Form.

- Package up your items and include your Returns Form.

- Send them in the post back to us.

- Once we receive your item we'll take care of the rest.

You are responsible for covering the cost of return postage, as Bench. does not provide prepaid return labels. Please make sure to obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning items for your peace of mind, it is recommended you use a tracked delivery service and ensure the package is adequately insured. Any accepted items that you return remain your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse. Postage paid for unwanted items is non-refundable.

You are not liable for any postage costs if you were supplied the wrong item, wrong size, wrong colour or if the item is faulty. 

Verify that your return meets the criteria in the Returns guidelines and terms.
Return the item(s) to the relevant address below. This address is also on your invoice. Please complete the returns form and include with the goods in a securely sealed package.

RETURNS GUIDELINES AND TERMS

Please send us your return in an unworn, unwashed and saleable condition (in original packaging with all tags and labels still attached)

Please note that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns of Swimwear and underwear.

For us to be able to process your refund please make sure you include your Returns Form in the package - no form may mean we are unable to process your refund.

Please include the original despatch form as this will help us process your refund quicker.

If you may have any further questions on updates of your return, our customer service team will need to be provided proof of return to support your query. 

Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.

We aim to process your return quickly once we receive it but please allow up to 14 working days during busy periods from the date that our warehouse receives your return for it to be processed.

Once processed please allow 3-5 working days for the banks to process your refund, which will be made back to the card used to purchase the items.

Please do not send back multiple orders in the same return as our warehouse is unable to process multiple orders within the same return.

We can only accept returns from orders made at bench.co.uk and not from any of our retail partners.  Should you wish to return an item purchased from one of our retail partners please refer to their specific returns processes.

Our systems do not allow us to process exchanges so we recommend returning your items and making a separate order for any replacement items you may require.

Damaged Items

We work hard with our delivery partners to get your Bench. order to you in the best possible condition.  In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged package please report this to us and share with us photographs of the damage so that we can provide the best level of support to you.
