How long does delivery take?
For orders placed before 2pm Mon-Fri, we endeavour to get your delivery on its way to you the same day whenever possible. We will keep you up to date with the progress of your order at every stage via email.
Typically we recommend allowing around 5 working days to receive your order, however, if you haven’t received your order within 10 days then please get in contact with us to let us know.

Errors in delivery address
If you notice a error within the address added to your order please contact us through Hello@Bench.support as soon as possible. We will try out best to support updating your details however once a order has been shipped you will need to contact the courier. We are not responsible for delays or lost items caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer. We cannot issue a refund or replacement for orders lost or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Christmas delivery information
Our last date for guaranteed Christmas delivery is 19th December. Our warehouse is closed from 24/12/2025 2pm until 02/01/2025. Express delivery will not be available within this timeframe.
