All orders placed before 1pm GMT will be despatched on the next available working day. Orders being delivered to the UK will be delivered via Royal Mail. International orders will be delivered using Deutsche Post then your local country delivery partner will be the final mile courier. Express orders will be shipped via DHL Express.

PLEASE NOTE: Underwear cannot be returned. You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods. Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met. This does not affect your statutory rights, and is in compliance of the relevant UK laws.
