All orders placed before 1pm GMT will be despatched on the next available working day. Orders being delivered to the UK will be delivered via Royal Mail. International orders will be delivered using Deutsche Post then your local country delivery partner will be the final mile courier. Express orders will be shipped via DHL Express. All returns for a refund must be organised within 30 days of placing your order. CHRISTMAS - Orders placed from 1st November to 20th December can be returned up to the following 31st January. Items to be returned must be in an 'as new' condition (unused, unworn and unwashed, complete with their original packaging and tags.) If you have purchased a product as a gift, please do not discard the product tags until you are sure the item does not need to be returned. PLEASE NOTE: Underwear cannot be returned. You will be required to organise, and pay for the return of goods. Any items returned which do not comply with the return of goods policy will be returned to the customer and will not be accepted for refund until such time that the above conditions are met.
